Monk’s Walk is a high performing, oversubscribed school seeking to appoint a qualified, experienced school counsellor for one day per week from September 2026.

The role involves 1:1 counselling for students aged 11–18, working closely with pastoral staff, Heads of Year and SENCO, while maintaining appropriate records in line with school professional protocol.

The school offers a supportive, wellbeing‑focused environment, including flexible working options, a 24‑hour Employee Assistance Programme, wellbeing INSET days, a staff wellbeing group, and a free annual flu vaccination.
