About you You will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, employers, and colleagues at all levels.
With a strong understanding of recruitment processes, apprenticeships, and customer service, you will be confident in providing advice and guidance that supports individuals into successful employment destinations.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and access to your own transport are essential.
Ideally, you will also bring experience in employer engagement, presentations, events, or interview support, along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding recruitment service that creates opportunities for students and meets employer needs.
