We're working with a fantastic secondary school in Doncaster looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an educator who enjoys helping students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication.
You'll have the chance to engage learners across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering creative and thought-provoking lessons that inspire achievement both inside and outside the classroom. What your day might look like
- Teaching engaging English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering creative, challenging, and inclusive learning experiences
- Supporting students to develop reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to help pupils achieve their potential
- Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages confidence, participation, and a love of learning
What we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for inspiring young people through English

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
