Job Description Overview
Join Imperial College School of Medicine as a Faculty Admissions Officer, supporting the admissions journey of tomorrow's doctors and scientists.

Responsibilities
- Support the Admissions Officer, Admissions Manager, Head of Education Development, and Academic Director of Admissions, working closely with the Faculty Admissions team to deliver all aspects of the undergraduate BSc Medical Biosciences (BMB) and the new MSci Medical Science and Innovation (MSI) selection process at Faculty level.
- Provide additional support to the MBBS programme as required, particularly during Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) and the delivery of recruitment events.
- Coordinate and deliver core recruitment and outreach activities, including undergraduate Medicine Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and other informative events.
- Help review and improve processes, contributing to the ongoing development of admissions practices and the applicant experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administration role within an admissions environment or a comparable role with transferable skills.
- Experience supporting or organising events, ideally in a busy or high-volume environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal pleasantly, confidently, diplomatically and effectively with face to face enquiries, emails, messaging, and telephone calls.
- High level of computer literacy, confident in using standard office applications, particularly Excel.
