We are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer who thrives under pressure and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial processes and associated administration within the school.

You will be responsible for ensuring all financial controls across the school are in place and work effectively and efficiently. The role will involve processing invoices, raising orders, collating reports, managing cash flow and banking. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail is key. You must have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who can work under their own initiative in a busy school environment.

Lutterworth High School is a high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy school. Everything we do is underpinned by our ethos ‘where learning comes first’ and we are proud of our excellent reputation.

There is some flexibility around the hours and working weeks for this role. Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The additional 2 weeks are to be worked flexibly over the school holidays and teacher training days to meet the needs of the role.
