Woldingham School is seeking an exceptional and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Senior Deputy Head in the effective leadership and management of the School. This is a pivotal senior support role for an organised, proactive and discreet individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage a wide range of responsibilities with confidence and sound judgement.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Deputy Head, providing high-level executive and administrative support, coordinating strategic and operational priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of a busy office. With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the postholder will demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and service.
Salary: £35,921 - £37,482 (FTE: £43,279 – £45,160). All staff receive free lunches and refreshments.
