Edu Directory is recruiting a Family Engagement Worker to join Newham's Children’s Centres. You will assess family needs, develop family plans, and deliver outreach and home visiting services to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5.
The role requires working with families, recording case notes, and contributing to practice guidance. A Level 3 Diploma or equivalent experience, and strong English and ICT skills are essential.
