We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our existing team of four Higher Level Teaching Assistants at St. Andrew's School from September 2026. This is a permanent, term-time only position, working 35 hours per week.
We are seeking a qualified (HLTA Level 4 qualification) Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This unique position has two parts:
- The first involves working as a Teaching Assistant within a KS1/KS2 classroom, supporting teaching and learning and delivering weekly small group English and Maths intervention sessions;
- The second involves delivering some whole-class teaching in a non-core subject and providing cover for any teacher absence.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be creative, dedicated and enthusiastic
