Education Development Trust is seeking dedicated Careers Advisers to deliver high-quality CIAG to students in school, college and potentially community settings across Harrow. The roles are term time only and fixed term/permanent contracts starting from September 2026.
Requirements:
- Level 6 Diploma in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance
- Experience working with young people/School/college
- Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits:
Starting Salary: £31,958.00 per annum FTE including London weighting allowance (this salary is based on working 37 hours per week and being level 6 CIAG qualified). Benefits include:
