£122/DAY OR £15.25/HOUR + HOLIDAY PAY

Opportunities available during school holidays, term time and occasional residentials. Our programmes operate nationally, and we welcome applications from across the UK. However, candidates based in Newcastle, Sheffield, London, Birmingham and the Highlands are particularly encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Programme Workers to lead activities, support young people and help deliver exciting hands‑on STEM experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Deliver engaging STEM workshops (virtual & in‑person)
  • Lead and motivate groups of young people
  • Provide safeguarding and pastoral support
  • Support logistics, sign‑in/out and activity setup
  • Work with schools, industry partners and host venues
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Confidence communicating with young people
  • Friendly, proactive and professional
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability
  • Experience in youth work or STEM is desirable
REQUIREMENTS
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG (or willingness to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to travel; some overnight stays may be required
