Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them discover exciting future careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM)?, We are expanding our pool of Casual Programme Workers across the West Midlands to help deliver innovative STEM education programmes, workshops, events and residential experiences for young people aged 9-18., As a Casual Programme Worker, you will support the successful delivery of engaging STEM learning experiences that inspire young people and help them explore future career pathways.
- Delivering interactive STEM workshops and educational activities
- Facilitating group discussions and team-based challenges
- Leading and motivating groups of young people in a safe and engaging environment
- Providing pastoral support and promoting positive participation
- Supporting safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements
- Assisting with programme logistics, registration and event administration
