Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Casual Coach located in Irlam/Cadishead and Warrington. The Casual Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sports sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring a fun and safe environment. Duties include conducting curriculum PE lessons, organizing sports clubs, and providing support for children of varying abilities. The Casual Coach will work closely with schools and parents to promote physical fitness and well-being among children.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering sports instruction and coaching
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans and activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and inclusive practices
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications
- Ability to manage groups and ensure the safety of all participants
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being in children
