EdStart Schools is seeking a SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) to lead SEN provision across our Wirral-area schools. You will work with the Headteacher and inclusion leads to develop tailored interventions and monitor pupil progress in collaboration with teaching staff.
The role includes a teaching component to stay connected with classroom practice, plus responsibilities in safeguarding, staff training, and collaboration with external agencies to ensure high standards.
