EdStart Schools invites applications for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant based at our Bury campus. You will support pupils with SEMH needs and EHCPs, working closely with teachers to deliver differentiated lessons and small-group sessions in the afternoon.
The role requires a calm, compassionate approach, strong communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers. A recognised HLTA qualification is desirable, with experience in education a plus.
