Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dance and sports coaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages within PE and extra curricularclubs. As a Dance Coach, you will be responsible for developing dancers\’ skills, fostering a love for dance, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow plans and create positive lessons for all children
• Teach fundamental dance techniques and choreography across different styles.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance.
• Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
• Collaborate with other coaches and school staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dance trends and coaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly in dance or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
• A genuine passion for dance and the ability to inspire others.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly within school hours.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
