EdStaff are seeking a professional and highly organised school administrator to join a busy office team within a primary school in the Crosby area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active administrator who has previous experience working within a school environment and is confident managing a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced setting. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors, and staff and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and efficient administrative support. The role is full-time and is due to be 1 term long (September – December). The school are looking for somebody with previous experience working within a school office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly presence
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider school staff
  • Managing pupil records and maintaining accurate data
  • Processing attendance and admissions administration
