About the role: EdStaff are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistants for temporary roles in a variety of mainstream and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school settings. Key responsibilities:
- Support learners in both mainstream and SEND school environments.
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small group interventions.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where pupils can achieve their full potential.
- Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection practices.
Person specification:
