EdStaff are seeking a committed SEND Teacher for a KS2 class within a SEND provision based within a mainstream primary school. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a smaller group of pupils, supporting them to access a bespoke curriculum tailored to their individual needs. The role is suitable for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and keen to play a key role in developing and strengthening SEND provision within the school.
Within this role, you will provide a positive learning environment and support both the academic and emotional development of KS2 pupils. You should be able to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff and integrate yourself into the wider school community.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver engaging, inclusive and tailored learning opportunities
- Create a calm and highly supportive learning environment.
- Work alongside support staff to provide inclusive education for all pupils
- Assist with general school duties as required
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Right to work in the UK
