EdStaff are a leading independent supply agency based in the Northwest, who are currently recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors who can inspire young people in their learning. We have day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions available in Warrington.
Our partnership schools uphold high a standards and are looking for versatile and flexible staff members who can teach / manage cover lessons in and around school. This can lead to consistent work and roles with school. Schools will accept graduates and people who have experience in education or operating as a cover supervisor.
About You
- Confident in the classroom and able to use your own initiative
- Flexible and able to adapt
- Passionate about delivering fun and engaging lessons
- Desire to make a difference within educational settings
- Hold graduate qualification or have cover supervisor experience
- Hold an up to date DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a full enhanced DBS check prior to placement.
Job Description
- Covering Lessons across curriculum in secondary education
- Teaching work which is left by class teacher on a short or long term basis
- Upholding high levels of behaviour in class and following school behaviour and safety policies
- Having a high standards of professionalism in and around school and dressing appropriately
