The Conway Centre, part of Edsential Residential, has been dedicated to providing transformative Outdoor Education and Arts courses for young people since 1969. Nestled on the banks of the Menai Strait, our picturesque location allows for a multitude of outdoor activities, including kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and sailing. With access to stunning coasteering venues and the majestic mountains of Eryri, the centre is supported by a team that thrives on delivering a diverse educational experience across various disciplines.
We are excited to announce our long-established Trainee Outdoor Instructor programme, which aims to cultivate highly skilled instructors who are not only adept in outdoor activities but also exceptional educators. Successful candidates will embark on a journey of personal and professional growth, with the opportunity to gain National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications throughout their training. This is a one-year role starting in September 2024, with the possibility of extension upon successful completion of the initial training period.
