About the role
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? If so, Edsential is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee our residential activities and facilities at our Cheshire Centres in Tattenhall, Burwardsley, and Delamere. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure our guests receive the highest standard of service while contributing to the financial viability of our residential facilities.
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan that meets the annual targets for the residential services.
- Provide inspirational leadership in the management of our residential centres, setting the standard for productivity and guest experience.
- Establish a strategic direction for adventurous and cultural education to drive business growth and continuity.
- Ensure high-quality services, including catering, cleaning, and security, are seamlessly integrated to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, and develop staff while prioritising their health and wellbeing.
- Oversee service budgets, ensuring efficient resource management and financial accountability.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on company strategies and operational management standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or educational sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
- Capability to represent the company effectively at various levels with external stakeholders.
