Responsibilities:
- General cleaning, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying litter bins, polishing and dusting.
- Use of powered equipment where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable but not essential.
- NVQ in Cleaning is desirable.
- Knowledge of Cross Contamination in a cleaning environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work alone and as a team.
- Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in working practices in relation to the safeguarding of children and young people is desirable but not essential.
