We have a new opportunity for an Internal Client Relationship Manager to work in our Leeds office, managing a range of clients to ensure retention and increase of their fire and security spend. This role will include but is not limited to the items below:
- Client Management ensuring retention and increase of their fire and security spend.
- Understanding the clients' individual needs and addressing these accordingly.
- Develop an individual sales plan for each client, building rapport with clients to ensure long term revenue growth.
- Respond promptly to quotation requests and any client queries.
