We are seeking to employ a Small Works Estimator working within the Small Works Estimating Team out of our Leeds office. The successful person will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately. The position will involve:

  • Compiling Small Works quotations from engineering leads / clients / CRM requests.
  • Source required materials from approved suppliers.
  • Upload / manage quotations on our clients' portals.
  • Liaise & arrange technical surveys.
  • Process clients' purchase orders through to our Sales team.
  • Manage a close working relationship with the CRM & CRD team.
  • Manage a close working relationship with our Engineering team.
  • Managing outstanding / assigned quotations.

Required Skills:

  • Industry knowledge preferred, however full training will be given.
  • IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to work alone and effectively organise your time.

This is an office-based role, working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a one hour lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and a DBS check.
