The successful person will be a self‑motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately. The position will involve:
- Compiling small works quotations from engineering leads, clients and CRM requests.
- Source required materials from approved suppliers.
- Upload and manage quotations on our clients' portals.
- Liaise & arrange technical surveys.
- Process clients' purchase orders through to our sales team.
- Manage a close working relationship with the CRM & CRD team.
- Manage a close working relationship with our engineering team.
- Managing outstanding and assigned quotations.
Required Skills
- Industry knowledge preferred, however full training will be given.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Self‑motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work alone and effectively organise your time.
This is an office‑based role. Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a one hour lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage. Successful candidates will be required to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and a DBS check.
