Your Role:
As a Supervisor at Ed\’s, you\’ll be the driving force behind
our diner\’s success. You\’ll lead by example, ensuring that every guest enjoys
not just a meal, but a moment of nostalgia, complete with a side of rock \’n\’
roll. From managing shifts to mentoring team members, you\’ll be at the heart of
our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with
a smile.
What We\’re Looking For:
passion for hospitality and a love for the diner experience
leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced restaurant
environment
customer-first attitude, always striving to exceed expectations
organisational skills with a knack for problem-solving on the fly
positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering
excellent service
