Lead the Culinary Magic at Ed's Easy Diner – Become Our Kitchen Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our iconic dishes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, working within budgets to maximise profitability
