What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of diner operations, including service, staffing, and financial performance.
• Lead by example, ensuring that our high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating our team to deliver top-notch service and a memorable dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on creating positive outcomes.
• Contribute to sales and profitability targets by driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Manage shifts, ensuring that all team members are in the right place at the right time.
• Take responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Step in for the General Manager as needed, taking full charge of the diner and leading the team to success.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
