In this role, you will be supporting customers in their journey toward digital labs and virtual prototyping.

Role Overview

In this role, you engage in pre-sales, post-sales, training and consulting activities to simulate electromagnetic engineering problems for customers using ANSYS software products. You will be a trusted advisor in sales and implementation processes of software and workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understanding customer challenges and needs in the applications related to high‐frequency electromagnetics and electronic circuits, e.g. antenna, radar, and PCB designs
  • Working closely with customers to develop workflows using ANSYS products to address design challenges
  • Demonstrating the value of ANSYS products to existing and prospective customers in sales processes
  • Providing post‐sales technical support to existing customers
  • Performing consulting and advisory services using simulations for solving customer problems
  • Providing trainings for customers to increase their proficiency and success in simulating engineering problems with ANSYS products

Expected Skills & Experiences

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Familiarity with computational electromagnetics
  • Familiarity and work experience with high‐frequency electromagnetic applications such as antennas and PCBs
  • Familiarity and work experience with one or more ANSYS Electronics products including ANSYS HFSS, ANSYS SIwave, ANSYS Q3D, and other related software packages
  • Other competitor's software use experience would be welcome
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with other colleagues and teams
  • Customer‐centric thinking and attitude
  • Strong desire to learn new things every day
