Role Overview
This role provides administrative support to the Macallan Maturation and Glenrothes teams, including reception duties, documentation, record keeping, and stock control. It ensures compliance with HMRC requirements and supports various operational sites. The role fosters good relations with internal and external stakeholders and supports business targets. It is a part-time position, 30 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Managing distribution of barcode labels, processing W8 paperwork, overseeing NMS sheets and delivery orders, coordinating spirit movement, recording vatting and racking details, processing sample requests, handling cask regauge requests, managing stock data, invoicing, duty payments, and supporting office admin tasks such as mail, samples, finance liaising, and purchase orders. The role promotes continuous improvement in cooperage operations.
Candidate Profile
IT literate with MS Office, organized with attention to detail, experience with stock systems like SAP, warehouse or distillation knowledge preferred, problem-solving skills, deadline-oriented, strong communication, adaptable to new technologies, self-motivated, and ownership-driven.
