The Macallan apprentice will work towards and complete a SVQ in Hospitality Services at SCQF level 5 as well as SVQ Retail Skills SCQF level 5, whilst working within The Macallan Distillery experience teams on a rotational basis.Ensuring that all guests are given a world class luxury experience of The Macallan with exceptional customer service that exceeds all expectations of our guests, to inspire lifelong enthusiastic brand advocacy of The Macallan.

Make an Impact

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Macallan Estate while working towards an SVQ in Hospitality Services & Retail Skills.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance across all food and beverage operations.
  • Provide professional dining and bar service, ensuring food and drinks are served efficiently and to a premium standard.
  • Develop strong knowledge of The Macallan brand, products, menus, and guest offerings.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, ordering, and day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider hospitality team to create a world-class visitor experience
