As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of highly complex initiatives, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and applying best‑practice project and change management approaches. You bring the experience to assure delivery quality across the wider portfolio, recover challenged projects, and make sound decisions aligned to organisational strategy — including constructively challenging senior stakeholders when critical success factors are at risk. Your primary focus will be the eInvoicing Programme, delivering inbound and outbound eInvoicing capabilities in line with local legislation. Current rollouts include Denmark and Belgium, with France, Norway and the UAE planned in the coming months. Beyond eInvoicing, a strong pipeline of ERP initiatives is planned for FY26‑27. Subject to capacity and programme progress, you will have opportunities to contribute to or lead projects such as SPS upgrades, Integration Platform upgrades, Data Archiving and Database Migration. Additional projects are expected to emerge through ongoing business reviews and will be prioritised for delivery alongside these commitments.
Reporting to the Head of ERP, Project and Programme Management, this role leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives, embedding change and driving continuous improvement. Own full project lifecycle delivery, defining scope, plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths with stakeholders. Build and lead project teams, governance and senior engagement, managing resources, budgets, suppliers, risks and issues with clear escalation and options. Apply and tailor best‑practice project management methods, tools and reporting to maintain control and momentum. Facilitate workshops, reviews and decision forums to resolve blockers and support effective decision‑making. Communicate clearly and credibly, building trust, managing expectations and leading confidently through ambiguity and conflict. Embed change management into delivery, assessing impact and readiness, shaping adoption strategies, communications and training. Maintain a “big picture” view of organisational and operational impacts to support sustainable outcomes. Lead retrospectives, capture lessons learned and use feedback to continuously improve delivery capability.
