Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Finance UK & Western Europe with indirect procurement projects and contracts (fleet, utilities, marketing agencies, etc.).
  • Manage supplier onboarding and due diligence.
  • Oversee company car fleet management.
  • Coordinate corporate travel management.
  • Execute global procurement control requirements for EUK.
  • Prepare KPI reporting and project management deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong influencing, negotiating, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in commercial contract delivery and procurement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point; familiarity with SAP desirable.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, proactive with a positive solution‑focused attitude.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer experience.
