Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance UK & Western Europe with indirect procurement projects and contracts (fleet, utilities, marketing agencies, etc.).
- Manage supplier onboarding and due diligence.
- Oversee company car fleet management.
- Coordinate corporate travel management.
- Execute global procurement control requirements for EUK.
- Prepare KPI reporting and project management deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong influencing, negotiating, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial contract delivery and procurement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point; familiarity with SAP desirable.
- Self‑motivated, organised, proactive with a positive solution‑focused attitude.
