Role Overview
The Global Supply Chain Executive sits at the heart of our Customer Service function, supporting the delivery of our ultra-premium spirits portfolio including The Macallan and our globally recognised brands. This is a pivotal, customer‑facing role responsible for ensuring demand is fulfilled on time and in full across international markets. You will play a key role in delivering our customer‑centric global supply chain strategy, working collaboratively across planning, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned to the Global Supply Chain strategy, achieving OTIF targets.
- Manage global customer relationships, ensuring demand is produced and delivered on time and in full.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with demand planning, supply planning, production, logistics and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with all customs, legal and regulatory requirements across global shipments.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service performance.
- Analyse customer service KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
- Support new product launches, ensuring alignment of supply, allocation and shipment readiness.
- Represent Customer Service in internal and external forums, driving solutions and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in a customer service or supply chain role, ideally within a global environment, alongside strong supply chain knowledge including demand and supply planning processes. You bring experience using SAP or other MRP systems, with APO/BW knowledge advantageous, and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills. You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coupled with an analytical mindset and experience interpreting KPIs to drive continuous improvements. You take a proactive, solution‑focused approach with a high level of ownership and accountability, and have experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment. Additionally, you have strong systems capability, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and reporting tools.
