- Dishwashing: hand wash or load, unload and put away all dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
- Delivery Organisation: Receive deliveries, verify they are correct, raise any issues with the head chef and organise appropriately in the kitchen area.

- Waste Removal: Empty all rubbish bins and dispose of waste when required, throughout the day. Ensure recycling procedures are followed.
