Embrace Excellence

The Guest Experience Executive at The Macallan Estate is the key role that builds, coordinates and delivers all events and experiences on the Estate from initial enquiry, delivery and experience follow up as well as managing guest satisfaction. The Guest Experience Executive will actively engage with all guest groups from internal colleagues to UHNWIs to deliver 5* experiences in line with The Macallan brand and exceed guest expectations at all guest touch points. The Guest Experience Executive will be responsible for actively selling The Macallan Estate Experiences to a variety of clients from Corporate, to private clients and the general public.

Make an Impact

  • Act as first point of contact for all guest experience and event enquiries
  • Structure visits to align with guest, market, and brand requirements
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental delivery of each experience
  • Issue Function Instructions and manage planning update
  • Manage bookings, accommodation, transport, suppliers, invoicing, and payments
  • Plan and deliver experiences for groups up to 200+ guests
  • Source and manage external contractors
  • Capture event costs and liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing
  • Deliver UHNW/HNW, private bespoke, corporate, and brand‑led events
  • Support brand education for trade partners and stakeholders
  • Host fishing guests, media, and PR visits
  • Welcome guests, build DMC relationships, manage site visits and show rounds
  • Support delivery of the Estate corporate strategy

Your Talent and Skills

  • Can communicate at all levels
  • Highly organised individual who shows exceptional attention to detail
  • Shows well developed written as well as verbal communication skills
  • IT fluency with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Experience within the events industry
  • Networking skills, creativity and be a strong problem solver
  • Tenacity and a desire to exceed expectations at all stages of the guest experience
  • Has a team mentality that allows for cross function working
  • Desirable: Event planning and proactive sales experience
