Your role will be pivotal in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement within HR.
Make an Impact: Day to day, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage the Reward Operations team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for the UK, France, and South Africa.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Develop and implement policies that support compliant and accurate payroll services.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including ADP and other third-party providers.
- Drive process improvements and champion digital transformation within HR.
