The Global Brand Marketing Assistant – Highland Park supports the delivery of the global brand plan, helping to translate strategy into effective execution across key markets, campaigns, communications and product initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, agencies and internal stakeholders, the role helps ensure marketing activity, launches and communications programmes are delivered consistently, efficiently and on time.
Make an Impact:
- Support the delivery of Highland Park's annual growth plans, ensuring projects and priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Manage global communications activity, including campaign planning, asset delivery, reporting and market support.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and brand initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across brand, creative, commercial, finance and market teams to support successful execution.
- Support budget management, including purchase orders, invoice processing, forecasting and financial tracking.
- Maintain marketing systems, assets and toolkits, ensuring brand governance standards are met.
- Provide project management support across multiple initiatives, tracking timelines, actions, risks and deliverables to ensure successful delivery.
Your Talent and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a marketing, brand or communications environment, with strong project coordination and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. You will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience within FMCG, premium brands or the spirits industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
