Are you a highly organised marketer with a passion for bringing brands to life and delivering exceptional consumer experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Estate Brands team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Estate Brands Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of impactful in-market brand initiatives across the UK, spanning PR, social media, experiential activity and collaborations with Commercial Marketing and Private Client teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong project management skills, a blend of commercial and consumer marketing expertise, and a drive to deliver first-class execution. You'll collaborate with the Global Brand Team, UK Commercial teams and Brand Ambassador to bring our marketing plans to life and help drive breakthrough growth for our brands.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the end-to-end NPD process and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and documentation.
- Provide logistical and creative support for brand events and activations.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Support the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly brand updates.
- Support regional and global activity reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Support with PR & Influencer plans, coordinating with internal and global teams and external agencies.

- Experience in brand and customer marketing, ideally within a multi-brand portfolio environment.

- The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, collaborating effectively across local and global teams.
- A track record of delivering high-quality work within tight and challenging deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
