- Maintain tasting areas to agreed presentation standards
- Confidently use booking and till systems

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, pricing, and bespoke offerings
- Professionally upsell through warm, diplomatic engagement
- Follow best‑practice stock control, rotation, security, and payment handling
