EDP is supporting a major UKI organisation to deliver high-quality Healthy Working and Enablement services to its workforce. We are now seeking an experienced DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor to be based at a flagship London office, playing a key role in supporting employee wellbeing, accessibility, and safe working practices.

The Role

This is a hands‐on advisory role focused on delivering DSE Healthy Working Assessments, New and Expectant Mother assessments, and Enablement assessments for employees with additional needs, including neurodiverse and medically high‐risk individuals. You will work closely with employees, HR, Health & Safety, Office Operations, and Technology teams to ensure appropriate workplace adjustments are identified, implemented, and reviewed—both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver DSE Healthy Working, New & Expectant Mother, and Enablement assessments in line with UK health & safety legislation
  • Conduct assessments via video call and in person, reviewing workstation setups and recommending ergonomic solutions
  • Produce clear, compliant, and tailored assessment reports using DSE software (e.g. Cardinus)
  • Case‐manage enablement support, including referrals to specialist providers where required
  • Provide guidance on equipment ordering, follow‐up actions, and escalation routes
  • Act as a visible Healthy Working presence within the London office
  • Support and help shape an on‐site Accessibility Centre, including hosting drop‐in sessions
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement across the service

About You

You'll be confident working with employees who may have complex health or neurodiverse needs and comfortable balancing empathy with clear, compliant advice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice
  • Proven experience delivering DSE Healthy Working assessments in a corporate environment
  • Good understanding of ergonomic equipment and preventative approaches to work‐related injury
  • Excellent communication and report‐writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy assessment schedule
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider enablement and accessibility initiatives

London (Fenchurch Street) – 4 days on site (Mon–Thu), remote Fridays
