EDP, part of the RSK Group, is a growing health and safety consultancy supporting clients across the UK. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Scotland, helping to keep projects running smoothly and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing reports, quotes, tenders and correspondence
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoicing processes
- Tracking jobs from initial order through to completion and invoice
- Supporting consultants with updating and maintaining project and client data
- Collating reports and documentation for review and approval
- Issuing reports to clients via email and post
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and internal coordination
- Maintaining accurate project records and filing systems
- Supporting colleagues during periods of absence
- Providing general administrative support across the team
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail, particularly when working with documents and data
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint)
- Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively in a remote environment
- Proactive approach and willingness to support others
- Confidence communicating with colleagues and clients over email and phone
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
