I am currently recruiting for a Branch Manager at our High Wycombe business; Edmundson Electrical, Unit 15, Blenheim Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP12 3RS.
The role:
As a Branch Manager, or as we like to call it, Profit Centre Manager, you will be a driven and ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to effectively run your own business within our decentralised business model. As an Edmundson Profit Centre Manager or PCM, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will want to build first class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well organised business to allow you to generate Profit Sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do.
PCM (Profit Centre Manager) Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Drive activity to produce profitable sales
- Actively develop new business opportunities
- Manage team performance
- Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
- Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data

You will be the boss of your own Profit Centre so you will need to set and deliver the strategy for that business each year.
