Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales position, located in the Greater Oxford Area. The role involves working closely with customers to provide excellent service, supporting their sales inquiries, and offering product advice. The Internal Sales professional will process orders, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to promote additional products and services. The role also entails collaborating with other team members to meet branch sales targets and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to handle orders, upsell products, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Experience in providing or undergoing Training related to products, services, or sales techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment and manage multiple customer needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of electrical products or experience in a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools is a plus.
