As a Product Support Engineer - German Speaker, you'll be the linchpin of our European customer support team. Your day-to-day activities will include providing expert technical assistance, product recommendations, and handling a diverse range of customer inquiries. You'll manage accounts, collaborate with global teams, and support engaging marketing initiatives.
