We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate for our client’s Trainee Recruitment Role based in Ware. Our client is a leading recruiter serving the global Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics & Supply Chain industries with offices also based in Dubai, Europe and USA. No two days will be the same here and your day will consist of varied conversations, relationship building and exploration with candidates and clients from a wide variety of locations from Birmingham right the way to Africa!

The current team have the perfect balance between working hard but also having fun and lots of office banter. What’s more, you will gain invaluable knowledge working directly with the Managing Director who will give you all the support/training required to take your career as far as you want it to go – up to partner level!

The most important thing to our client here is attitude. You’ll be the type of person who is driven, motivated to succeed and will never let an opportunity pass you by.

You will either come from a strong sales background and have demonstrable achievements within your previous and current roles OR be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment.
