Our client is an award winning, executive search agency operating across the private banking, legal, and compliance sectors. With deal sizes pushing £150k, there is huge earning potential here that has seen consultants take home £25k in one month's paycheque!
With a highly successful training programme in place ran by the Director himself which has seen consultants with no prior experience transformed into top performers, we are now looking for Trainee Consultants to join our clients next academy. This is an environment with a huge emphasis on valuing each and every team member and to focus on strengthening everyone’s individuality!

What your day will look like:
- Acquiring and developing Private Banking client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
- Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's
What we are looking for:
- Sales mindset (as mindset trumps skill set every day of the week!)
- Degree educated
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
- Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone (both cold and warm calling)
- Strong communicators with a sense of humour
- Able to work in a high pressure environment
- Entrepreneurial with an interest in sales and finance
- True desire to be a successful recruitment consultant in a fast paced and niche industry
