Recruitment Associate / Senior Associate / Vice Principal Finance & Investment Search – London Hybrid working | 3 days office / 2 days home No business development required unless you have 3+ years’ experience and want to take on BD responsibility.

Base Salary:

  • £35,000 – 1 year's relevant experience
  • £40,000 – minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • £50,000+ – 3 years’ experience
  • £65,000–£70,000 – 4+ years (Vice Principal level)

Commission up to 40% Discretionary annual top-up bonus 4 weeks per year working from anywhere

At Vice Principal level, there is an expectation of revenue origination and leadership.

Earnings and Progression
