Our client is an award-winning specialist within the digital learning space providing a wide range of services to both their National and International client base. They have developed a remarkable reputation within the industry, with huge plans to build on their continued success this year.
We are looking for a recruitment account manager who will take the lead role in overseeing my client's extensive portfolio of clients, nurturing existing relationships whilst also generating new opportunities. You will have at least two years' experience in account management (this can be within any sector of recruitment) and be results and quality driven with exceptional communication skills. A desire to learn, progress and develop within a company is also important as this is something my client believes strongly in supporting and implementing.
You will be working in the heart of Manchester's bustling city centre, within a modern, high-spec office space. With shops, bars and restaurants at your fingertips, you will be well-connected in this role.

Role responsibilities:
- Accountability for overall management of a client portfolio
- Manage & implement Account Management strategies
- Develop & build target objectives
- Map out key decision makers in target organisations (Organigram)
- Identify new contacts within the portfolio
- Create networking opportunities within the sector
- Liaising directly with clients via email, phone & face to face
- Organise face to face / Microsoft Teams / Zoom client meetings
- Providing expert advice on recruitment / attraction strategy
- Building valuable relationships with clients and internal departments
- Maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date client records through the CRM system
- Overseeing the delivery team to ensure high level of service
- Mentoring internal staff members
