Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What you’ll be doing day to day
- Attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates
- Communicating through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, emails, telephone calls, etc with your candidates and clients
- Writing engaging, eye-catching job adverts to attract the right candidates for opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The requirements
- A degree-educated individual with a minimum 2:1 or someone from a strong sales and targeted background.
- A self-starter, someone who can push through challenges
- Someone who ideally has experience in a working environment
